How do I contribute to the MTF WWII Kickstarter?
US backers. You wish to join in the “1 of Each” Initial 4 Figure set level for $78 and add 2 Stretch Goal items at $20 each. Select the “1 of each” Initial 4 Figure set level and make $118 your contribution amount ($78 + $20 + $20).
International Backers. Process is the SAME for International backers, but international shipping costs must be added to the total contribution AND EACH add-on item is $22 (not $20). You wish to join in the “1 of Each” Initial 4 Figure set level for $78 and add 2 Stretch Goal items at $22 each and $15 shipping. Select the “1 of each” Initial 4 Figure set level and make $137 your contribution amount ($78 + $22 + $22 + $15).
If you decide later you want additional items (either unlocked stretch goal items, more of the currently available items or move to a higher level), you can add to your contribution at ANY TIME during the event. After the Kickstarter event ends, we will send a Backerkit survey where you can tell us EXACTLY what you want for you pledge amount and your shipping information.

How do I add an unlocked Stretch Goal to my reward package? Why can't I find the item I want to add listed?
To add any UNLOCKED Stretch Goal item to your reward package, just add the price of the item ($20 US backers and $22 International backers) to your current pledge amount.
Example: You are a $20 US Marine Rifleman backer and live in the US. Your current pledge is $20. You wish to add the UNLOCKED stretch Goal US Marine Flamethrower Soldier. Just increase your pledge level from $20 to $40. After the MTF WWII Kickstarter event ends, we will send a Backerkit survey where you will let us know WHAT you want for your pledge amount AND providing your shipping info.
There is not a way to select a specific UNLOCKED Stretch Goal in the Kickstarter event. You just add the price for any desired unlocked stretch goals to your contribution total and confirm what you want after the event ends.

Do the "you choose" items have to be a combination of the original 4 figures?
With ANY of the “you pick” selections you can pick ANY original AND / OR unlocked stretch goal item. The ONLY exception “might” be any SPECIAL stretch goals we add to the event that were nor part of the original launch. Other than that, anything you want to select from the original and unlocked stretch goals can be added to ANY “you choose” pledge levels.

After I contribute, when do you ask what I want and what is my address for shipping?
A short time after the Kickstarter event ends, we will send a Backerkit survey where you will tell us EXACTLY what you want for your contribution amount and can then also provide your shipping information. During the Kickstarter you select your pledge level and contribute the amount for the all items you want, during the backerkit registration is when you let us know what those items are and where to ship.

Will the figures be released on cards with plastic bubbles? Or in boxes?
In order to keep costs low, the figures & gear will ship in plastic baggies. Adding a blister card and shipping those packages securely is expensive. We would rather keep the costs low and direct resources towards the actual product. We will look at a special carded run for some of the WWII figures, but that will be more expensive and available on our website after the items are released.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
